By planning with you, BEFORE the wedding, the shots you want, when and where they will be taken and by having a shoot schedule, we don't tie up all your time. That way you can enjoy your day. We use only professional equipment, film and processing. Plan I Basic Coverage………...$1000 Designed for small events, at the same location. Includes up to 3˝ hours of the Photographer's time, a full selection of Previews from which to choose, up to 50 of the original Previews and up to 6 enlargements,(any size to 8x10) to keep with your paid order. Deposit is $500, balance of $500 due 2 weeks prior to wedding date. Overtime is $85/hour. Plan II Basic Plus………………$1500 Designed for larger weddings and events and when additional time is needed or extra prints are desired. Includes up to 5˝ of Photographer's time, a full selection of Previews from which to choose, up to 100 of the original Previews and up to 10 enlargements (any size up to 8x10) with your paid order. Deposit is $700, balance of $800 due 2 weeks prior to event.. Overtime is $85/hour. Plan III Classic Coverage…..…$2500 Designed for very large events with many activities, several location changes and/or sit down dinners. Includes up to 8 hours of Photographer's time, as many of the original Previews as you want and up to 15 enlargements (any size to 8x10) to keep with your paid order, an in studio Bridal Portrait or Engagement Portrait, 1-16x20 from portrait sitting, 1-5x7 B&W for publication., a roll of B&W candids (35mm) and B&W Medium Format shots, if desired. Deposit $800, another payment of $800 due when portrait is taken and balance of $900 due 2 weeks prior to event. Overtime is $125/hour before midnight, $175/hour after midnight. Plan IV Custom Coverage……..$3500 This Plan has it all! Includes unlimited time up to midnight (must be consecutive hours all on the day of the event), an on location or in studio Portrait Sitting,1-16x20 enlargement for the sitting, or 1 11x14 and a signature mat., A Bridal Portrait sitting, on location or in studio (taken before the wedding), 1-16x10 Bridal Portrait, B&W prints for publication, All of the Original Previews and up to 20 enlargements (any size to 8x10) to keep with your paid order, a 20 page(10 insert) Wedding album,(not including prints)(additional pages and upgrades available for an additional fee), a roll of B&W candids (35mm) and/or B&W Medium Format photos. Deposit of $1000 to book, another payment of $1200 due when portrait is taken, or midway between booking date and event, and balance of $1300 due 2 weeks prior to wedding.. Overtime after midnight, available if arranged in advance $200/hour.
